What are AMF Panels?
An Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Panel is an intelligent electrical control panel that automatically manages the operation of a standby generator when the main power supply fails. The panel continuously monitors the mains supply and, in the event of a power failure or abnormal voltage condition, automatically sends a start command to the generator and transfers the connected load to the generator supply.
When the mains power is restored and remains stable, the AMF panel automatically transfers the load back to the mains supply and shuts down the generator after a preset cooling period.
